Canggu isn’t for those seeking authenticity, that’s for sure! Its beach clubs, bars, and cafes are designed for people looking for "Instagrammable" spots. But Canggu’s laid-back vibe attracts many. Spending the day at the beach clubs, watching the sunset, and then grabbing a drink at a bar like the Sand Bar with a beach view is a perfect program for chill enthusiasts!
So, if you want to soak up the town’s vibe, we suggest slowing down for a moment and letting yourself be carried away by the magnetism of Canggu.
Admire the sunset
You can’t come to Bali without taking the time to watch a sunset. The sky ablaze, the colors blending together—a breathtaking spectacle! It would be a shame not to enjoy it, and if you wish, you can sip a drink at a table with your loved ones.
Pererenan beach
Enjoy the sunset at Pererenan, where it’s less crowded than other spots, but there are no beach bars. It offers a relaxed and peaceful vibe !

Echo Beach
There is only one wave to surf, so it’s not recommended for beginners due to limited space. But for everyone else, go for it !
Berawa
Several surf schools are located at this spot, and it’s much less crowded than Batu Bolong. If you want to start surfing, this is the perfect place !

💸 What is the minimum spend ?
At the entrance of each beach club, day club, or pool club, you will be asked to spend a defined minimum amount. Don’t worry, it’s not a scam; it’s just how things work in Bali. The minimum spend varies by club; there is no fixed price, and it changes depending on your location within the club.
La Brisa
La Brisa is one of the largest beach clubs in Canggu. The setting is beautiful, located by the sea, where you can enjoy the view while relaxing by the pool! It features several pools, a bar, a restaurant, and a spa.
It’s an eco-friendly beach club! The wood used to build La Brisa is 100% recycled from old fishing boats. When it comes to food, they prioritize short supply chains to support local consumption and help the Balinese/Indonesian community.
They are committed to respecting nature 100% !
There are several options available, including double beds, loungers, and small bamboo houses. The minimum spend therefore depends on your location and the type of bed, ranging from 500,000 IDR to 2-3 million IDR. We love La Brisa because you can arrive in casual attire, the atmosphere is very chill, and the food is excellent !
Sol Rooftop
The Sol Rooftop overlooks Pererenan Beach. The rooftop features a pool, hammocks, and loungers, making it ideal for relaxation! The minimum spend starts at 200,000 IDR for the beds and hammocks, but you always have the option to settle in areas with no minimum spend.

Le Bajo
Le Bajo is a beach club set in the heart of the Balinese rice fields. With two pools and a restaurant, it is sure to charm you. There is no minimum spend for single beds, but for double beds, it starts at 350,000 IDR.
